I'm so pleased that this has such a lovely *happy* ending. I rarely read rps stories but i'm a sucker for h/c and this just...sucked me right in.

Love him finding a dog, oh yes! And the lines of his condo being so familiar. And that his money is for his art, and for being responsible for 'his half'... Sweet and wonderful, yay!
