update

Still doing about the same with the withdrawal.  Headachy but that could be the sinuses instead.  Feeling pretty good emotionally though.

So sorry I haven't been keeping up with comments.  I do appreciate y'all.  Hopefully I'll be feeling more typey (totally a word.  Really) later.
