One, I'm always looking for MPREG and how authors make it work in their universe, and I like how you make it happen without too much handwaving. They would have to have continuous monitoring of Jim, and I like how you had them kidnap someone to make it happen.
I also like it how this is all from Nero's POV, because it allows us a certain distance from Jim's and Winona's feelings.
I'm hoping that the daughter isn't dead, but that seemed unlikely. :(
