I really don't get the "Jensen is an ass" thought process. He just always seems so sweet and shy in interviews and stuff. I heard once that somebody that knew him in his early teens said he was so shy she thought he was mentally handicapped or something.

It's tricky, writing a character who isn't made of extremes. They're not too shallow, not too deep, not too puppy and not too angsty.

I'm so happy, whenever I hear that the balancing act is working.
