Thanks for the detailed feedback. I really appreciate it.

Jeff really surprised me when I was writing this. It was supposed to be all about Jensen and Jared, with Jeff as a piece of 'scenery' to get them together, but he just stepped out as a full third of the emotional importance. It's the first time I've written Jeff too, so I was worried about how "Jeff" he sounded.

Your Jensen won me over at "Are you calling safe-word to getting on the couch?"

That was one of the first scenes-in-my-head for the fic, so I'm tickled that it was the line that made the impression. He just wants to take care of Jared at this point of their relationship.

I normally think of Jared as really toppy
For some reason I get the opposite impression. Maybe because he's so hyper. Too instant-gratification, eager-to-please. I wanted to give him a moment of simplicity.

Jared agreeing to Jensen watching
I think if Jeff hadn't thought Jensen was willing to participate, he'd have let Jared finish himself off and that would have been it. I don't think there was any other way Jensen would have understood their relationship and Jared really didn't want Jensen to be upset by the misunderstanding.

Again, thanks so much for the feedback. I really appreciate it.
