Jensen is a very interesting character to write. You know how sometimes a muse gets the bit between his teeth and is hard to guide where you want? Yeah, that's this Jensen. He's so aware of his emotions, and so aware of the reaction other people have to him, but he refuses to let me give much exposition on what he's been through or how he's coping with those things as opposed to his present.

Jerry's like my big surprise for myself in this fic. I had no idea what was going on with Jared or how to write him, but then I had this idea that he's sort of in denial about who he is and what he wants, but his parents aren't. Which makes for a fun dynamic, and a much funnier scene than I expected to write for this fic.
