I wanted to use word-choice over written-accent (for the most part), and I'm thrilled it worked.

Written-accent can get in the way of the story if it's over used. I've read fic where the dialog may be written out phonetically, exactly as it would have been spoken by the characters, but it was jarring to the eye and kept bumping me out of the story. Yours was just right.

And yes, with that look, Health could lure me to the Dark Side, even without wine. *leers*
