If a person accidentally has taken too much at home or doesn't get adequately adjusted in the community they come to the hospital in a state of anticoagulation poisoning, and the antidote is Vitamin K. Or fresh frozen plasma, if they're really bad off. But if Jared wanted he could give Jensen a shot of Vitamin K just to make sure, because the body stores what it doesn't need for coagulation. Or he could eat a shitload of parsley.
