Okay, so I'm having a difficulty writing fanfic and I was wondering if anybody else has run across it or had any advice.

The boys won't fuck.

No really. I don't mean I'm having trouble writing a sex scene. I'm having trouble building any UST at all, much relieving it. I'm doing a mini-nanowrimo thing, where I just write a minimum of 10 mins a day. I've made amazing progress. I finished the BDS/SPN crossover (vaguely implied maybe-sex that I don't even believe). I worked on the SPN AU seperated-young hooker!fic (and Dean won't fuck). I started a SPN AU seperated-young blind-vulnerable-tragic!Sam fic (And Sam's in love with Jess and won't fuck). I tried to plan out the third SeanPatrickFlanery/NormanReedus PWPish piece, and I'm not writing it because you can't have a PWP without sex.

I know I've never been the porniest writer out there, and I still loves me some slash, but I'm stuck in gen-fic mode and don't know how to get out of it.

I think I'd even be okay with all the sex happening off-screen if I could get some heat and hunger on-screen. Y'know?
