I absolutely love this, and I also just had a magical thought. Dean's clearly not in good shape when Jeff finds him, but a conscious Dean isn't going to go to a hospital willingly. What if he passes out somewhere and gets picked up as a John Doe? And when he wakes up, Jeff's name is the only one he knows....
