I have dreams like that all the time. Most of mine are entirely silent.
I remember having one where Layla (remember her? S1?) had joined up with Sam and Dean, and she'd been cured of cancer by some miracle and was now something of a prophet. The dream was a single scene (or at least that's all I remember of it), wherein all three of them were camped out on the edge of the Grand Canyon.
Sam and Dean were standing, each one leaned against either side of the car, looking up at the stars. Layla sat on the hood of the car, and was cutting her hair short with a bowie knife, into this kind of grown-out pixie cut. The three of them were passing around a bottle of some kind of hard liquor.
