dear janelly -- I had a convergence today and made a comment to your comment over at missyjack's and I just realized it might have seemed extremely random to you! I apologize if it did. The circumstances were that I was reading my flist this morning and tabaqui referred to one of my favorite books of all time, The Silver Metal Lover, by Tanith Lee, which, as you might guess, is about a Girl who falls in love with a Robot -- but he turns out to be Much More. So Tabaqui and I were squeeing about that, and I was still wistful that you never kept going on your robot Jensen story. Then, I next immediately saw Missyjack's RobotJensen story and my brain exploded! and also, jellicle was there, reccing your old story!! and you were there too!! so I was all, SEE YOU SHOULD TOTALLY KEEP GOING WITH ROBOT JENSEN!! so I'm sorry if I startled you, and also Jellicle was like, she's probably less interested in finishing old stories and more interested in HAVING THE BABY. which, of course!!
But you know what! I just realized that your Jensen bot story was the very first story I ever commented on with my LJ!!! because you were like, Dude! Get an LJ!!!!!
So without Jensenbot, I maybe STILL wouldn't have an LJ. Isn't that hilarious! :)
