Date: 2010-01-13 11:48 pm (UTC)I cut myself with our dangerous serrated bread knife a few days ago and it still hurts a lot. :(
If you are still interested, our supper this evening was cooked in the dutch oven -- it was lentils, with a base of onions and ham. we had also kale cooked up with garlic and cheese (!) in the saucier.
Husband and I have been tweaking our kitchen implements for almost twenty years, so we are pretty happy by now. I looked up the le creuset dutch oven, and it is still just as outrageously expensive as ever. :(
