There's a Sid/Geno story with this premise; after they get together for real, Geno has to keep giving Sid a dollar each time they have sex, so Sid can relax and have good sex, otherwise he feels too much pressure to be perfect at it as "himself" instead of as a highly skilled professional. It's a fairly long story, and the premise works well within it, so while I agree there can never be enough good hooker!fic, I think you might want to make sure your story doesn't do the exact same thing.
It's called Nights Are Getting Colder and while it is about a lot of other things, if you're concerned about being too similar, your description made me think of this story immediately.
