I'm glad you enjoyed it. It was an interesting challenge, as the author, to make a BDSM relationship that was as intensely loving as I could make it. Thrilled to hear it worked.
When I started the first one (with Jensen), Jeff was supposed to be the villian of the piece, but he was like "Oh, hell no," in my head, and got written the way he wanted to. It ended up with all three characters taking a risk, and Jeff probably giving up the most.
