When I first saw this post I was thinking Rollerball who? Rollerball what? I then had a brief memory of having seen half of the remake (was it with Chris Klein?) on an airplane or late-night cable once. And I think I may have halfway liked it.
But I like your story better. Despite Jared's morally-ambiguous career, he doesn't seem to be morally-ambiguous himself. And it sounds like "The Hawk" may be a bit of a slutty drunk. I can't wait for them to meet!
