I love not-knowing everything the characters are gonna do. I start out with who they are (Jared's situation, Jensen's sense of being trapped), and where they have to go (into a relationship, out of the game through Mexico) and the rest they kinda lead me through.
Sometimes it takes more than I thought to make it believable. :) Scarverse is one of those freakin' runaway fics. It was supposed to be about as long as Rollerball. Jared was the one with the surprises in that one. I thought he was your typical, well-experianced gay man. And then he turned up on Jensen's step all nervous and relatively inexperianced. i realized I was writing half the story if all I focused on was jensen's secrets.
Anyway, thank you so much for being there to bounce my babble off of. :)
