Very "awww!"-inducing chapter. Watching Jensen's defenses sort of melt in the face of Jared's obvious pleasure at being with him is sweet. His bafflement at why Jared would want him to come over just to socialize is cute...and he went to sleep on Jared's bed, in his room, with Jared there and his hood *down*, ftw! \o/
It's interesting to watch Jared get to be the emotional anchor in this. He's younger, but you can still see the patience and kindness he has. I'm thinking that even his limited experience with girlfriends is probably more than Jensen has; though I do wonder about that "toy" remark. Jared doesn't see Jensen like a toy-meaning somebody did? *ponders*
I thought it was funny how Jared hustled Jensen up the stairs real fast to avoid possiblly meeting his dad again. *snickers*
This chapter just leaves you with a very warm, smiley feeling. And you said something about liking the morning after? Hmmm....
