Writing help

So.  If I was to write on this sci-fi bunny that's eating my brain, would somebody (or several somebodies) help me with the most derailing part for me?  Coming up with names for alien planets/civilizations.  

I don't really have much to offer in return.

Hell, to help get that story written I'd strip my brain of its creative juices for you. They're not doing me much good for myself, just percolating away with no outlet. *G*

Yay! I'll add you to my list of beta-namers. :) Bonus is you guys get first look at the new fic. Actually wrote on it today. 4 handwritten pages, but still. Progress!

What's the feeling of the aliens? Are they peaceful lyrical people who'd have names like "Layona" or "Shanshi" or a more warrior type with harder names like "Vorgon" or "Karkif"

I kind of suck at naming things, but usually if I think of the type of people they are, I can figure out sounds that'll work. Maybe that'll help you name stuff. :)

Humans that have been separated from the rest of society for thousands of years. Planet names will probably be what humans would have named a world in the year 2600 or so?
