So. MLK day, no school.

Cleaned house, folded the mountain of laundry down to nothing.

Made stir-fry for dinner.

Wrote another freakin' 1500 words of the homeless verse. In some ways this fic feels like I've been building up to it for the past 10 years. little parts of it that I've played with in other characters or other worlds.

Anyway. Whew.

Back to school tomorrow, but shold have like 90 mins between classes to work on fic.

I am LOVING my classes this semester. I've got:

Residential design 1, which is like the baby-version of the class that kicked my ass last semester.

Structural Drafting--AKA fun with AutoCad. AutoCad is my bitch. The class work is sooo not-hard.

Residential Drafting--AKA ArchiCad, an architectural drafting program. I learned more in the first 2 classes of this than in half a semester of 3D-Studio Max. It's so...obediant. Soon, it too will be my bitch.

Beginning WEight training--Not that I need another PE class, but Kendra and I go together and it makes my day pleasantly full, and gets me active in the morning.

You can tell where my mind is that this is the first thing my eyes zeroed in on. *G*

Seriously though, I've always admired your writing, but the homeless verse is some of the best writing that I've seen, and that ranks right up there with some pretty impressive authors.

Ooooh, I feel all shiny now.

I really feel like something clicked in my brain when I started writing this fic...Like something about how the words fit together or flow or something. I'm sort of glad when I hear that it's not all in my head, y'know? That other people can sort of see it too.

Hopefully i'll get the fic posted sometime tomorrow, and then my beta will be out of town until Sunday (unless somehow I get an entire chapter written tomorrow. Which could happen, but not likely).

So a day of accomplishment! I love those! Days when you can look round and see what you've achieved. Glad you are happy with your classes, (though selfishly I am glad about the writing time! I'm very attached to Homeless! Jensen)
