Okay. So. He wrote an original fic and submitted it and was a semi-finalist in the Writers of the Future contest. Which means he gets a personalized critique and bragging rights. (there were only 18 finalists and semi-finalists, so he was up there somewhere).


Also. He had the bright idea of looking online and finding out how to hack our own DVD player to let it play other regions. Now we can order from Amazon UK and Kendra can order DVDs from Japan.

And there was much rejoicing.
